With years of experience under her belt, she believes in incorporating a mix of cardio, strength and conditioning, and flexibility training into member’s fitness plans to help them reach their goals and develop healthy living habits to maintain long-term success. Her goal is to empower individuals to take charge of their lives, by introducing them to the vital connection between physical health and mental well-being. Sam strives to always bring an aire of optimism to her classes and you will leave her classes feeling like you worked hard and accomplished something worth being proud of. Sam has a B.S. in Biology from George Mason University, is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, a certified Spinning Instructor, and Zumba Instructor.
