What you need to bring to class:
Spin: Sneakers- Our bikes are dual-sided: SPD compatible or slide-in cage for regular sneakers
Yoga: Mat & Towel [we have both for hire if you do not have]
Hybrid/Glute Camp: Yoga Mat, towel, & sneakers
Once at the studio, a Vital Team Member will collect the following information from you at your initial visit:
– Insurance #
– Company
